Hooded down jacket in David-TC Down: a lightweight tela made with a Japanese star-shaped cross-section polyester/polyamide yarn.
Garments are sewn and then simultaneously garment-dyed and treated with an anti-drop agent.
During the dye process, under pressure at 130°C, the fabric undergoes heat-induced compression, radically transforming its texture and construction.

The print motif is ‘lasered’ on with two parallel stripes on the lower part of the jacket, after garment dyeing.
The laser beam erodes the fabric, giving the design a different color.
